Morgan County has the skilled workforce to support your business. The Morgan County Career & Technical Center prepares students for such careers as machining, manufacturing, programming and logic robotics and welding.

Tennessee's innovative workforce partnerships and education reform are developing qualified candidates for skills in high demand. Schools & Education

Building a strong workforce begins early. In Morgan County, 97.9% of our high school students graduate. Approximately 75% of our secondary school teachers hold advanced degrees.

Postsecondary options include Roane State Community College in Harriman and Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology in Crossville, Harriman and Huntsville.
